How long does a repair take?
We can repair 90% of all damage in a maximum of 90 minutes. Only if we need to order special spare parts it can take up to 1-2 days. As soon as we have finished the repair, we will inform you that your device is ready for collection.
What payment options do I have?
You can easily pay by debit card, credit card, bank transfer, PayPal and of course cash directly on site.
Do you repair smartphones of any manufacturer?
Of course we can repair smartphones from any manufacturer, regardless of whether it is Apple, Samsung, Huawei, HTC, Sony, LG, Motorola, Nokia or BlackBerry. Did we forget a brand? Just ask! We are happy to be at your disposal.
How can I send in my device?
It's very easy: create your order on our portal. At the end you will have the opportunity to print out a DHL shipping label. This label will also be sent to you again by email with your order. You simply stick this label on your package, which you take to the post office and hand over to the postal employee there. From then on it is on its way to us. It may take up to 48 hours for the device to arrive. Then it will be repaired in no time.
Is there no faster way?
Sure, if you're in a hurry, you can also use reparo's smartphone courier service. This means shipping is much quicker than via DHL. All you have to do is arrange your desired date. At the agreed time, a courier will simply pick up your device from your home and deliver it reparo. After the repair has been carried out, the courier service will bring your cell phone back to you on the same day. You won't find better and faster service anywhere else except at reparo.
I need a quote for my insurance, how do I get one?
As soon as you have handed the device over to us on site or sent it in by post, we will carry out an initial analysis of the damage and send you a cost estimate by email. You can then conveniently answer this directly from the email.
Do I need an appointment?
No, in principle you can come by at any time. However, it is advisable to ask briefly by email or telephone and we can tell you how long a repair could probably take and that all the required spare parts are in stock.
